Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Skillet account and associated data.

Delete from within the app

If you still have Skillet installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open Skillet and go to your Profile tab
2. Tap the Settings icon (top right)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm when prompted

Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to sign in, you can request account deletion by email. Please include the email address associated with your Skillet account so we can locate and remove your data.

We will process your request and delete your account within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, photo)
• All saved and imported recipes
• Cook history and ratings
• Meal plans and grocery lists
• Pantry items
• Posts, comments, and likes
• Skillet memberships and activity
• Technique progress and rank data
• Notification history

Data retention

After deletion, we may retain certain anonymised, non-personal data (such as aggregate usage statistics) that cannot be linked back to you. We do not retain any personally identifiable information once your account has been deleted, except where required by law.
